POSITION: Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION: handle administrative duties and provide requested information to clients.


  • Answer and forward phone calls
  • Provide general information about Kamar Business Center services, lease terms and fees
  • Ensure that all guests and visitors are properly welcomed and escorted
  • Provide consultation to clients and refer them to appropriate departments
  • Schedule meetings between clients and departments of Kamar Business Center
  • Handle and keep records of incoming and outgoing correspondence related to Kamar Business Center
  • Perform other duties related to daily operations of Kamar Business Center administration



  • University degree
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Smart decision-maker and problem-solver; able to handle stressful situations
  • Attention to detail
